Anyway, of all the advice i recieved, everything from 'focus on art/work' talk to 'seek professional help' (yeah, right, with what money? lol), I found that running helped the most. The whole thing about the body releasing good vibes after an intense work-out does offer temporary release from depression. It may not last long, but if you want to sleep in peace or have some work/art to complete and need the focus, exercising does help. It'll put you in a good state of mind, however brief that may be.
Also consider going to depression-related forums. I visit lots.
I'll see if I can come this week. I'll try. I want to hear about your school since it's still kind of abstract to me. I'm not sure exactly what you do there, because last time you told me about you made it sound like a college? Except I don't think you're old enough for college, so I was like "what?" and then just shrugged it off and figured you passed by some amazing artistic scholarship-like feat.
Hi, puppies!
